Processing the order
What do we need?
Send us your information, company name, CIF, address, town, province, postal code, e-mail, telephone and contact person.
How do you specify your order?
We will need you to send us the excel template completed with all the fields , that is; type of garment, type of collar, fabric, quantity, name, number ... in addition to any information that you consider relevant for making the garments.
When will I receive my quote?
We will process the information you have sent us and we will send you a quote in a maximum of 2-3 days .
Proforma invoice and deposit
Proforma invoice
With the acceptance of the budget and the information provided, we send you a proforma invoice. Check that all the data, quantities, etc. are correct. If you need an intra-community proforma invoice we can do it, do not hesitate to ask us.
Deposit
In our proforma invoice you will find the bank details necessary to make the transfer. You must indicate in the concept the proforma invoice number in addition to your data. Do not forget to send us the receipt of income to expedite the implementation of the order.
Is there another form of payment?
You can proceed to the payment in two times, that is, 50% to confirm the order and the remaining 50% before we proceed to the shipment.
Garment design
In what format should I send the design?
Illustrator and Corel Draw are some of the most common programs we work with.
How do I send the logos?
All logos must be vectorized (.ai .pdf .eps .cdr .svg)
Do I have to indicate the sources?
Always . The sources of numbers, names, etc. you must attach them
How do I indicate the colors?
You must indicate the color code of each element that appears in the design. If you do not have our color chart it is important that you ask us to have it physically. So each color that you provide us will be exact, even in future replacements that we make.
Physical sample approval
Ready-made and sublimated sample
This is the most important part of the entire process since the final result of the entire production will depend on this test. You should check all the details, logos, colors, etc. before approving the sample. Once approved we are not responsible since the production will be the same as the sample.
Why do we do this step?
In the workshop we do not have the knowledge that the creator of the design does. Therefore, we prevent any errors in color, logos, production, etc. counting on the confirmation of the one who knows the most. This way you are always sure that the end result is what you expect.
Manufacturing the order
When will I get my order?
Once the sample is approved, the manufacturing process begins. From then on we only need 10 working days to finish the order.
Can I include one more shirt?
No . At this time we can no longer make any changes to the order
Tip
Your order will be ready shortly. If you have chosen the installment payment (50% -50%) now is a good time to make the second deposit. Do not leave it until the last minute, remember that to proceed with the shipment we need to have 100% of the payment made .
Order completion and delivery
How do you order?
We adapt to your needs, you can collect it at our factory or send it directly to the customer, billing you for the shipping.
What shipping company do we work with?
Our shipments are made with MRW and Envialia.
Does the packaging carry any type of advertising?
No. Submission is completely anonymous unless you tell us otherwise . From a certain volume we can send with your boxes.
How long does the shipment take to reach its destination?
Once the shipment has been processed in 24-48 hours you will receive the order .
